摘 要:目的优选苍术挥发油的提取方法。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法、直接蒸馏法、超声辅助离子液体提取法及亚临界水提取法从苍术中提取挥发油并计算得率,利用气相-质谱法(GC-MS)并辅助人工检索对各挥发油中化学成分进行分析。结果水蒸气蒸馏法、直接蒸馏法及超声辅助离子液体提取法提取的苍术挥发油得率分别为1.19%、1.05%及1.90%,亚临界水提取法未能有效提取出苍术挥发油。苍术挥发油的GC-MS图谱上共有46个峰,鉴定出30种化合物,所鉴定成分的峰面积占总流出峰面积的81%以上,其中烯烃类化合物居多。结论超声辅助离子液体法提取苍术挥发油的效率高于水蒸气蒸馏法和直接蒸馏法,亚临界水提取法不适用于提取苍术挥发油。Objective To optimize the methods for extracting volatile oil from Atractylodes Lancea. Methods The volatile oil from Atractylodes Lancea was separately extracted with the steam distillation method, direct distillation method, ultrasound-assisted ionic liquid extraction method and the subcritical water extraction method. The yields were calculated accordingly. The GC-MS method together with manual search was adopted to analyze the chemical composition of the extracted volatile oil. Results The yields of volatile oil from Atractylodes Lancea with the steam distillation method, direct distillation method and ultrasound-assisted ionic liquid extraction method were respectively 1.19%, 1.05% and 1.90%. The oil was not successfully extracted with the subcritical water extraction method. There were totally 46 peaks on the GC-MS chromatogram, from which 30 compounds were identified. The peak area of identified components accounted for over 81% the total outflow peak area, mostly olefin compounds. Conclusion The ultrasound-assisted ionic liquid extraction method has a higher efficiency of extracting volatile oil from Atractylodes Lancea than the steam distillation method and the direct distillation method. The subcritical water extraction method does not apply to the extraction of volatile oil from Atractylodes Lancea.
