摘  要:目的建立同时测定新面醑中甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱:Extend-C18(250 mm x 4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(55∶45)(pH3.2),检测波长230 nm;同时测定新面醑中甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸的含量,分别进行线性、精密度、重复性、回收率等实验。结果甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸分别在21.78~217.78、20.48~204.76、5.01~50.15μg/ml范围内时,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,精密度、重复性、回收率实验结果良好。结论采用HPLC法可同时测定新面醑中氯甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸3组分的含量。Objective To establish the method for simultaneously determining the contents of metronidazole, chloramiphenicol and salicylic acid in Xinmianxu. Methods High-performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) was adopted. Chromatographic column:Extend-C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-water(55∶45)(pH 3.2); test wavelength: 230 nm. Simultaneously, the contents of metronidazole, chloramiphenicol and salicylic acid in Xinmianxu were determined and tests were performed on linearity,precision, repeatability and recovery rate. Results A good linear relationship with peak area was formed when the contents of metronidazole, chloramiphenicol and salicylic acid were separately kept within the range of 21.78-217.78, 20.48-204.76 and 5.01-50.15 μg/ml. Ideal results were obtained from tests on precision, repeatability and recovery rate. Conclusion HPLC can be applied to determining the contents of metronidazole, chloramiphenicol and salicylic acid in Xinmianxu simultaneously.
