摘  要:交互式图形自动编程的实现以CAD技术为前提,而CAD造型效率有助于缩短机械零件编程时间和提升数控设备综合利用率。为此,分析了零件加工造型和设计造型的区别,基于CAXA制造工程师CAD/CAM功能模块用实例研讨了零件加工造型方法,通过模拟仿真验证了生成轨迹的正确性,提出了创建加工造型的注意事项。The realization of interactive graphic automatic programming is based on the premise of CAD technology.By improving the efficiency of CAD modeling,it will be helpful to shorten the programming time of machine parts and improve the overall effectiveness of NC equipment. In this connection,the differences between machining modeling and design modeling of the parts are analyzed,the methods of parts machining modeling are discussed through several examples,the correctness of the generated trajectories are verified by simulation and based on the CAD/CAM function modules of CAXA manufacturing engineer. Some attentions are put forward to establish the machining modeling.
