摘 要:热电联产能有效提高大型煤电机组的经济性,减少二氧化碳排放。但这类机组需要同时满足电网和热网的需求,而电负荷或热负荷的变化会使供热抽汽压力随之变化,为维持供热压力,目前煤电机组供热广泛采用阀门调节的方法。但当负荷变化范围较大时,阀门会产生巨大的节流损失,降低机组的热经济性。为降低甚至消除节流损失,提出了非高压缸设置调节级的方法。CHP(combined heat and power)can effectively improve the economy of large coal power units and reduce carbon dioxide emission.But these units need to meet the needs of both power grid and heat supply network at the same time,and the change of power load and heat load can make the heating extraction steam pressure change.In order to maintain the heating pressure,heating valve adjustment method is widely used in the current coal power unit.However,when the load variation range is large,the valve can produce huge throttle loss and reduce the thermal economy of the unit.In order to reduce or eliminate the throttling loss,the method of setting control stage of non-high pressure cylinder is put forward in this paper.
