体外冲击波治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的护理效果分析

摘　　要：选取本院收治的100例屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者,均进行体外冲击波治疗,电脑随机分为观察组一组(50例屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者)、对照组一组(50例屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者),分别实施全程护理和常规护理。观察组屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者的并发症发生率4.00%,和对照组18.00%具有显著差异(P<0.05),观察组屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者的满意度98.00%,和对照组72.00%具有显著差异(P<0.05),观察组患者住院时间(10.15±1.27)d、症状改善时间(5.28±1.65)d,优于对照组(P<0.05)。在屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者体外冲击波治疗过程中实施全程护理,取得显著效果。All 100 patients with stenosis tenosynovitis of the flexor digitorum tendon treated in our hospital were treated with extracorporeal shock waves. The computer was randomly divided into a group of observation groups（ 50 patients with flexor digitorum stenosis tenosynovitis） and a control group（ 50 cases of flexor digitorum tendon stenosis. Patients with tenosynovitis） performed full care and routine care. The incidence of complications in patients with stenosis tenosynovitis of the flexor digitorum tendons was 4. 00% in the observation group and 18. 00% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction degree of the patient with skeletal tenosynovitis of the flexor tendon in the observation group was 98. 00% ,and 72. 00% in the control group had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）, observation group patients hospitalization time（ 10. 15 ± 1. 27） d,symptom improvement time（ 5. 28 ± 1. 65） d,better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In the process of extracorporeal shock wave treatment of patients with stenosis tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum tendon,the whole course of care was implemented and significant results were achieved.
