血尿胶囊治疗急性肾盂肾炎活性部位作用临床探讨

摘　　要：为分析血尿胶囊治疗急性肾盂肾炎活性部位作用和治疗价值,选择2016年8月—2017年8月我院收治的100例急性肾盂肾炎者为研究对象,将其分为2组,每组50例。对照组使用左氧氟沙星,以此为基础,观察组使用血尿胶囊,分析两组治疗效果。与对照组相比,观察组除却CXCL-2、IL-1α外,血清内IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10、尿肌酐存在明显差异,P<0.05。对照组患者治疗有效率为76.00%(38/50),观察组为94.00%(47/50),与对照组相比,观察组治疗效果明显较好,P<0.05。说明对于急性肾盂肾炎者,使用血尿胶囊治疗,能全面修复肾脏,提升肾脏功能,减少肾间质损伤,干预炎性介质表达,进而调节免疫反应,值得进一步在临床中推广使用。In order to analyze the effect and therapeutic value of hematuria capsule in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis,we selected 100 cases of acute pyelonephritis admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 as the research object,and divided them into 2 groups,each for 50 cases. The control group used levofloxacin. Based on this,the observation group used hematuria capsules to analyze the treatment effects of the two groups. Compared with the control group,except for CXCL-2 and IL-1α,the serum IL-1β,IL-6,IL-10 and urinary creatinine were significantly different in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of treatment was 76. 00% （ 38/50） in control group and 94. 00% （ 47/50） in observation group. Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of observation group was significantly better,P〈0. 05. It shows that for patients with acute pyelonephritis,using hematuria capsules can fully repair the kidney,improve kidney function,reduce renal interstitial injury,interfere with inflammatory mediator expression,and then regulate immune response,which is worth promotion in clinical practice.
