皮肤多重扩张技术用于治疗头面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究头面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形患者接受皮肤多重扩张技术治疗的价值。方法选取头面颈部烧伤患者100例为本研究对象,时间为2016年2月-2017年2月,以分段随机化法分组,其中对照组接受常规治疗,试验组则实施皮肤多重扩张技术治疗,对比2组头面颈部烧伤患者瘢痕整形效果的差异性。结果试验组头面颈部烧伤患者治疗的总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(76.00%),其并发症的几率(6.00%)明显低于对照组并发症的几率(34.00%)(P<0.05);试验组治疗总满意率(92.00%)明显高于对照组的总满意率(74.00%)(P<0.05)。结论头面颈部烧伤患者接受皮肤多重扩张技术治疗,可更好促进其瘢痕的修复,提高治疗的疗效以及患者的满意度,且可对并发症的发生进行控制,意义重大。Objective To explore the multiple expansion technique for receiving skin scar patients of head and neck after burn value. Methods 100 cases of head and neck burn patients were selected as the subjects. The time was in February-2017 February 2016, in which the control group received routine treatment. The experimental group was treated with multiple expansion of skin, and compared the difference of scar shaping effect between the 2 groups of head and neck burn patients. Results The total effective rate（94%） of the patients with head and neck burns in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（76%）. The risk of complications（6%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（34%）（P〈0.05）; the total satisfaction rate of the experimental group（92%） was significantly higher than the total satisfaction rate of the control group（74%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with head and neck burn are treated with multiple expansion of skin, which can improve the repair of scar, improve the curative effect and the satisfaction of the patients, and can control the occurrence of the complications, which is of great significance.
