摘　　要：目的分析血小板激活后自体血浆注射对皮肤年轻化的影响。方法选取2016年4月-2018年2月我院收治的38例美肤除皱、25人加入抽取的自体脂肪细胞中为研究对象,接受血小板激活后富血小板血浆治疗。结果 22人通过水光枪注射皮下3次注射后,19人效果满意,3人效果不太明显。16人通过1mm注射器31G针头注射,13人效果比较满意,3人治疗后出现红色丘疹。3人经冰敷二天后,红色丘疹消失。25人注入提纯的自体脂肪中,治疗两次后,自体脂肪成活率很高,面部的轮廓改善满意。约20-30天后顾客的皱纹将逐渐消失,皮肤平滑紧致。结论血小板激活前后血浆注射,可以改善皮肤的皱纹、加入自体脂肪细胞里进行填充,可以增强自体脂肪细胞的成活率。Objective To analyze the effect of autologous plasma injection on the rejuvenation of the skin after platelet activation. Methods In April 2016-February 2018, we treated 38 cases of skin wrinkle and 25 people with autologous fat cells, and received PRP. Results 22 people were injected with 3 injections by water light gun, 19 people were satisfied with the results and 3 people were less effective. 16 people through the 1 mm syringe 31 G needle injection, 13 people more satisfied with the effect, 3 people after treatment appeared red papules. 3 people after two days of ice, red papules disappear. 25 people injected purified autologous fat, two times after treatment, autologous fat survival rate is high, facial contour improvement satisfaction. After about 20-30 days, the customer wrinkles will gradually disappear, the skin smooth and tight. Conclusion plasma injection before and after platelet activation can improve skin wrinkles and fill in autologous adipose cells, which can enhance the survival rate of autologous adipose cells.
