小儿唇裂术后系列护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿唇裂术后系列护理效果的临床观察。方法选择我院2016年1月至2017年7月的60例行手术治疗的小儿唇裂患者,术后在常规护理基础上加以系列护理如切口护理、疼痛护理、饮食护理、康复训练等综合护理,观察术后恢复时间,不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果护理满意度:52例(86.67%)满意,6例(10.00%)基本满意,2例(1.33%)满意,护理满意度为96.67%;术后恢复时间(14.3±3.6)天;经干预后,有4例(6.67%)出现发热,2例(3.33%)出现切口红肿,切口感染者2例(3.33%),不良反应发生率为13.33%。结论小儿唇裂患者术后给予切口护理、疼痛护理、饮食护理、康复训练等系列护理可有效缩短恢复时间,减少术后并发症发生情况,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To explore the clinical observation of the nursing effect after children＇s cleft lip.Methods Select our hos pital between January 2016 and July 2016, 60 routine surgical treatment of children with cleft lip patients, on the basis of conventional nursing to postoperative care series such as incision nursing, pain nursing, diet nursing, rehabilitation training and so on comprehensive care, observation of postoperative recovery time, adverse reaction and nursing satisfaction.Results Nursing satisfaction： 52 cases（86.67%） were satisfied, 6 cases（10.00%） were satisfied, 2（1.33%） were satisfied, and nursing satisfaction was 96.67%.Postoperative recovery time（14.3 ＋ 3.6） days;After intervention, there were 4 cases（6.67%） with fever, 2 cases（3.33%） with redness and swelling, 2 cases（3.33%）, and 13.33% adverse reactions.Conclusions Children with cleft lip patients postoperative incision nursing, pain nursing, diet nursing, rehabilitation training, etc. Series can effectively shorten the recovery time, reduce the postoperative complications, improve nursing satisfaction, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
