摘　　要：躯体变形障碍(body dysmorphic disorder,BDD)与过去称谓的丑形恐惧(Dysmorphophobia)是同一病症,根据DSM-Ⅱ、DSM-Ⅱ和DSM-V,BDD定义为身体外表正常,存在对身体想象的先占观念,或存在轻微的躯体缺陷而过分给予关注,并由此产生心理痛苦。据国内外统计,在整形美容科约有5%~15%的求美者伴有BDD,整形美容外科可谓是BDD的"重灾区",研究BDD和调查BDD在当前整形美容外科中的现状,这对于更好的认识该类疾病和提升BDD在整形美容外科的诊断和治疗有着非常重要的意义。本文在查阅近期相关的文献报道基础上,就BDD在整形美容外科的相关现状展开调查。Somatization disorder（body dysmorphic disorder,BDD） is the same disorder as in the past called Dysmorphophobia. According to DSM-Ⅱ、DSM-Ⅱand DSM-V, BDD is defined as the appearance of a normal body with preemption of body imagination or to give too much attention to slight physical defects, resulting in psychological pain. According to statistics both at home and abroad, about 5% to 15% of cosmetic users in the plastic surgery department are accompanied by BDD. Plastic surgery can be described as the ＂harder–hit area＂ of BDD. The current situation of BDD and the investigation of BDD in current cosmetic and aesthetic surgery are studied. it is of great importance for the better understanding of such diseases and the promotion of the diagnosis and treatment of plastic surgery to patients sufferd from BDD. Based on the recent literature reports, this paper investigates the related status of BDD in plastic surgery.
