论美国记者斯诺抗战新闻思想——基于《平津新闻学会贺信》为中心的考察

摘　　要：写于"平津新闻学会"成立之际的《平津新闻学会贺信》在集中体现和映注斯诺抗战新闻思想的同时,也表明美国新闻专业主义精神、反映新闻自由主义思想,并就抗战特殊背景对国民党当局提出新闻要求:切实开放报刊言禁;取消新闻检查制度;不得施加政治威逼;大力维护新闻记者权利;放开外国记者采访限制和人身束缚;加强国际新闻界尤其美国新闻学会联系。The Congratulation-letter for Journalism Association of Peking-Tianjin reflected the famous American journalist Snowe＇s news thought,and also proposed a lot of requirements for the KMT＇s authorities at the same time： opening up and widening speech-prohibition policy; canceling newspaper inspection system; no political coercion and pressure on the press; keeping and maintaining the rights of journalists; releasing the restrictions on foreign journalists and personal restraints; strengthening the international,especially American press association.
