摘 要:鉴于海杂波可直接影响对海监视雷达的情报质量,构建了基于分形理论的海杂波认知处理方法。首先,提取海杂波分维特征,通过聚类标记和多阈值仲裁实现海杂波区感知;然后,分析了对海监视雷达的海杂波幅值特性和相关性,目标在天线扫描间的相关性,以及分布式检测在"与"和"或"融合准则下的方法特性;最后,针对海杂波区进行精细化处理,利用雷达扫描间海杂波和目标的相关性差异,通过2部雷达扫描间积累相关的方式抑制海杂波。试验表明,该方法对中海杂波和弱海杂波的虚警抑制率均大于90%,对强海杂波的虚警抑制率大于80%。The intelligence quality of the sea surveillance radar is directly impacted by sea clutter. A cognitive processing method for the sea clutter based on the fractal theory is designed. Firstly, through extracting the characteristics of the sea clutter fractal dimension, the area awareness of the sea clutter is realized by the cluster marking and the multi threshold arbitration. Then, the amplitude characteristics and the correlation of the sea clutter of the sea surveillance radar, the target correlation between the scans, and the performance under "and" and "or" fusion rules are analyzed. Finally, the area of sea clutter is specifically processed, and with the difference of the correlation between the sea clutter and targets in the radar scans, the sea clutter is restrained by the accumulation correlation between two radarsr scans. The experimental result shows that the restraint rate of the false alarm of the method is more than 90% for the weak and middle sea clut ters, and more than 80% for the strong sea clutter.
