摘 要:针对钛合金密集异形群孔的加工难题开展了电火花加工技术研究,比较和分析了不同电极结构形式对加工特性的影响,并进行了工艺实施验证。结果表明:局部集束电极结构形式适合此类零件的加工。通过采用大能量高效孔形粗加工结合小能量高精度修整加工的工艺方法,以及选用合适的工艺参数,能实现钛合金密集异形群孔结构的高效、高精度加工,具有很好的加工效果和应用推广价值。For solving the machining problems of special-shaped multi-holes of titanium-alloy,EDM technology was carried out. Different kinds of electrode structure was compared and analyzed,and the process implementation was carried out. The results show that partial cluster electrode is suitable for this type of structure. By adopting the method of effective roughing machining with large energy and high precision finishing machining with small energy,and suitable parameters,high efficiency and precision machining of special-shaped multi-holes of titanium-alloy is achieved successfully,which has high value of popularization and application.
