摘  要:为了丰富伊犁州杨树种质资源,于2016年从辽宁引进了13个杨树品种(品系)进行扦插育苗试验,经过2年的扦插育苗,观察了各品种的物候、形态特征、抗性、成活率、保存率及生长情况,每隔10d测量1次苗高、地径,并对最终测量值进行了方差分析。结果表明:13个品种苗高、地径呈"S"形增长;引种的13个品种中7个品种苗高、地径与对照品种加小×俄9#(Populus simonii×Populus russkii-9)的差异均达到极显著水平。In order to enrich poplar germplasm resources of the center,from 2016 to 2017,cuttage seedling raising experiments were carried out with 13 poplar varieties introduced from Liaoning Province.During the two years of cutting propagation experiment,the phenology,morphological characteristics,resistance,survival rate,preservation rate and growth of the varieties were observed,their heights and ground diameters were measured and recorded every 10 days,then an analysis of variance was conducted on the final measurements.Result shows that the seedling heightground diameter growth of the 13 varieties showed"S"increased with time,the difference of the seedling height ground diameter of seven varieties and the control varieties— P.simonii×P.russkii-9 reached extremely significant level.
