摘　　要：文章以专利分析理论为基础,以我国电动汽车产业的相关专利文献为分析对象,围绕专利申请趋势、技术领域、地域分布、专利申请人等方面进行深入分析,探讨了我国电动汽车产业的技术追踪策略、专利合作策略和专利布局策略,从而对我国电动汽车产业的发展提出合理化建议。Based on the theory of patent analysis and the related patent documents of electric vehicle industry in China,this paper make an in-depth analysis of the trend of patent application,technical field,regional distribution,patent applicant and so on.And it also discusses the technical tracing strategy,patent cooperation strategy and patent layout strategy of electric vehicle industry in China,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the development of electric vehicle industry in China.
