公共事业管理专业人才培养方案的重构——以广东财经大学为例

摘　　要：公共事业管理在我国是一个新兴专业。专业定位不清、培养目标不明的问题一直困扰着专业的发展。本文从比较研究的视角,分析了中国大陆、美国、台湾地区高校相关专业的设置情况,认为中国大陆公共事业管理的专业定位应与国际接轨。结合我校学科和地域特色,本文提出我校公共事业管理专业应以城市事务管理为发展方向,按照厚基础、宽口径、强特色、重实践的要求,紧紧围绕培养适应城市规划、建设、管理及其他经济管理工作的卓越人才为目标,重构专业人才培养方案。Public service management is a new specialty in our country. However,the problem of unclear professional orientation and unclear training objectives has been puzzling professional development. From the perspective of comparative study,this paper analyzes the setting of relevant majors in colleges and universities in the United States,Taiwan,and China's Mainland,and points out that its professional orientation in China's Mainland should be in line with international standards. Combined with the discipline and regional characteristics of our university,this paper puts forward that our university should take the management of urban affairs as the developing direction and should focus on training excellent executive talents adapting to urban planning,construction,management and other economic and management work,and rebuild the professional training programs in accordance with the requirements of thick foundation,wide caliber,strong features and emphasis on practice.
