摘  要:将浊点萃取与分光光度法联用,以Triton X-114非离子表面活性剂为萃取剂,研究了2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)与铅离子的络合反应及各种影响条件,建立了浊点萃取分光光度法测定痕量铅的方法.实验结果表明:该络合物的最大吸收波长λ_(max)=570 nm,铅含量在0.17~2.67μg/m L范围内服从朗伯-比尔定律.其回归方程为A=0.1822C-0.0190,相关系数R=0.9970,相对标准偏差RSD=3.5%,加标回收率在95.1%~104.5%之间.The complexing reaction of 5-Br-PADAP with lead ion was studied with using the Triton X-114 nonionic surfactant as the extractive agent by combinating cloud point extraction with the spectrophotometric method. And the effects of various conditions on the determination of trace lead were studied by the new established method of cloud point extraction spectrophotometry. The results show that the maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is λmax 570 nm,and it will obey the law of Lambert-Beer when the lead content is in the range of 0. 17 ~2. 77 μg/m L. The regression equation is A = 0. 1822 C-0. 0190,correlation coefficient is R = 0. 9970,the relative standard deviation RSD = 3. 5%,and the recoveries were between 95. 1% and 104. 5%.
