摘 要:提出并实现了一种具有隔直特性且输入输出同侧的Gysel功分器。利用微波电路设计软件ADS,得到功分器的初值,再利用HFSS软件对模型参数进行仿真优化,该方法极大提高了工作效率,节约了设计成本。仿真和实测数据吻合良好,结果表明,该功分器在要求频带内具有较小的插入损耗和较高的隔离度,适用于要求大功率容量的射频系统中。This paper presents a Gysel power divider with DC isolation characteristic,in which the input and output ports located at the same side.The initial value of the power divider is acquired by using Advanced Design System( ADS).Then,through the simulation and optimization in HFSS software,a Gysel power divider is accomplished. This method greatly improves the working efficiency and reduces the design cost.The test results quite agree with the simulations,which indicate that in the required frequency band,this Gysel power divider has small insertion loss,small return loss and high isolation.This proposed Gysel power divider is suitable for RF systems requiring large power capacity.
