摘 要:随着遥感相机电路的功耗和集成度的提高,导致相机的电学设计和热学设计相互影响,相互制约,准确的热分析技术对PCB设计意义重大。传统的电路设计存在将电路和热路分开设计的缺点,电热耦合分析技术在兼顾电性能和热效应两方面提出了一种新型的分析方法,将焦耳热因素引入热分析中,为设计出准确的、符合实际情况的电学设计方案提供了有效参考。Due to the high power density and low supply voltage of electronic system in the space camera,the electronic design and the thermal design restricted each other,which made the accurate thermal analysis become more important.The Electrical-thermal coupling analysis provided a new method,which taking the electrical-thermal analysis into account simultaneously.The impact of Joule heat is added into thermal analysis which is generated by the current flowing through the conductors.This coupling analysis method which will doing well in both of electrical and thermal fields simultaneously has significant effect on the overall methodology for electronic system design.In view of the proposed conceptual framework,summary a new system development process which takes electrical function and thermal effect into account.
