氮气压缩机组增速箱高速轴瓦温高原因分析及解决措施

摘　　要：针对空分装置氮气压缩机组增速箱高速轴瓦出现的径向瓦温升高问题,通过对温升情况进行分析,结合大修实践进行彻底排查,最终通过对齿轮啮合的调整、测温探头孔的改造等措施,使瓦温降低了47℃,保障了机组的安全稳定运行。High temperature appeared in radial direction of high speed bearing in the gearbox of nitrogen compressor in air separation unit. By analyzing the reason of temperature rise and investigating the problem during overhaul, we took some measures to adjust the gear engagement and reform the temperature prober hole. The temperature reduced by 47 ℃, which can ensure the stable operation of the compressor.
