摘  要:针对错油门滑阀转动不畅造成汽轮机中压调节阀开度波动、机组转速波动以及中压蒸汽管网压力无法调节的现象,通过清理滑阀转动盘油路,调整进油量调节阀,改变转动盘喷油量并增大转动盘转矩,使错油门滑阀恢复设计转速,消除中压调节阀及汽轮机转子转速波动,稳定机组运行。The slide valve in pilot valve could not turning smoothly, leading to medium pressure control valve open fluctuation, steam turbine revolution speed fluctuation and medium pressure steam pipe network pressure losing control. To restore the revolution speed to its designed value, eliminate the fluctuation of medium pressure control valve and steam turbine rotator's revolution speed, we cleaned the oil loop in slide valve rotary disc, adjusted the oil input of control valve, changed the oil spraying volume of rotary disc, and increased the torque of rotary disc.
