经皮椎体成型术与保守治疗对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮注射骨水泥椎体成形术与保守治疗对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的临床影响.方法选取80例骨质疏松性压缩性椎体骨折患者,按治疗方式分为对照组(n=47)和实验组(n=33),两组患者均随访3个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效、VAS、ODI、椎体高度、生活质量及心理状态.结果 1)实验组患者治疗的总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);2)实验组患者的VAS评分及ODI指数优于对照组(P<0.05);3)实验组患者的椎体高度较对照组增加明显(P<0.05);4)实验组患者生活质量较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);5)实验组患者SAS评分、SDS评分较对照组改善明显(P=0.021,P=0.034).结论经皮注射骨水泥椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性压缩性椎体骨折,可更快地减缓疼痛,改善腰背部功能,提高患者生活质量.Objective To explore the clinical effects of percutaneous vertebroplasty and conservative treatment on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Method A total of 80 patients with osteoporotic compression vertebral fractures were selected. The patients were divided into control group（ n = 47） and experimental group（ n = 33）according to the treatment method. The two groups were followed up for 3 months to compare their clinical efficacy,VAS,ODI,vertebral height,quality of life and mental state. Results 1） The total efficiency of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（ P0. 05）. 2） The VAS score and ODI index of the experimental group were better than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）. 3） The vertebral height of the patients in the experimental group increased significantly than that of the control group（ P0. 05）. 4） The patients＇ life quality in experimental group improved significantly than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. 5） The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group improved significantly than those of the control group（ P = 0. 021,P = 0. 034）.Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty can reduce pain,improve the function of waist and back,and improve the quality of life for the patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures more rapidly.
