摘 要:宏智正觉禅师是宋代曹洞宗的代表人物,默照禅的倡导者。他的禅学思想具有丰富深刻的生态意蕴,是中国佛教生态思想的成熟形态。其生态存在论思想突出了心地作为天地万物产生根源的内涵;其"休歇""默照"的生态修行观,将克制人的贪欲、追求心灵的明净、运用本有的超越智慧来观照事物现象放在重要地位;其"天地同根,万物一体"的生态境界论具有多层内涵,强调如是观照自然万物的本性和存在状态,认识人自身的解脱对维护自然万物本性的意义等。他的生态思想对于建设生态整体论的世界观、促进人们积极参与现实的生态环境建设等,具有重要的价值。Master Hongzhi was one of the representatives of Caodong Sect in the Song Dynasty as well as an advocate of Mozhao(Silent Obsercation)Zen. There are rich and profound ecological implications in his Zen thoughts, embodying the mature form of Chinese Buddhist ecological thoughts. To be more specific, his ecological ontological view highlights the connotation that the mind is the origin of everything in the universe; his ecological view of religious practice like "rest taking", "silent observation" honors highly of restraining greed, pursuing pure-mindedness, perceiving the world with the inborn transcendental wisdom;his ecological theory that there is only one origin up and below the earth and that all things in the world are united together has multiple connotations, such as observing all things in the nature and their existence state as they are, realizing the significance of man's own liberation to maintaining the nature of all things,and so on. Master Hongzhi's ecological ideas are of great importance for us to establish an ecological holistic world view, and to urge people to be actively involved into the realistic ecological environment construction.
