摘 要:通过对医学生、医务工作者和社会公众安宁疗护教育调查的文献分析,发现中国目前安宁疗护教育存在学科体系尚未健立、实践基地缺乏、医务工作者的专业知识基础薄弱、公众认知度低等问题,远远不能满足人民群众全生命周期健康的需要及追求"优逝"获得善终的需求。必须加强安宁疗护课程体系建设,组建学科队伍,创建实践基地;加强医务工作者岗位培训,提高临床技能水平;普及安宁疗护知识,提高公众认知度,构建院校教育、继续教育和公众教育"三位一体"的安宁疗护教育模式,推动中国安宁疗护事业发展。Through the analysis of the literature of education investigation of medical students, medical staff andcommunity residents, it shows that there are a lot of questions in education of hospice care in China, such as thediscipline system has not been established, the practice base is insufficient, the professional knowledge base ofmedical workers is weak, the public awareness is low, etc. This situation can not meet the needs of the people’swhole life cycle and the pursuit of “good death”. It is necessary to strengthen the curriculum system of hospicecare, build discipline teams, create discipline practice base, strengthen the training for employees, improve pro.fessional skills, popularize knowledge of hospice care, and raise public awareness. Building a hospice care disci.pline education system “Three Forming an Organic Whole”, which include college education, continuing educa.tion and public education, may help to promote the development of hospice care in our country.
