摘 要:信息技术的快速发展促使微课程教学模式成了当今十分受欢迎的教学模式。通过合理设置微课程的基本要素和精心设计培训的教学方式,将微课程教学模式应用于科研实验室安全培训和仪器操作培训,能够有效提升新教师和研究生新生参加培训的学习效果,保证科研实验室的正常运转,有效避免事故的发生。长期实践结果表明:微课程这种教学模式应用到科研实验室安全培训和仪器操作培训上是十分有效的,既提高了学习效率,又提高了培训的合格率。Micro-lecture becomes a very popular teaching mode due to the rapid development of information technology.Through the rational establishment of the basic elements in micro-lecture and elaborate design the teaching method in training,the micro-lecture teaching model is applied to scientific research laboratory safety training and instrument operation training.It can effectively enhance the training learning effect of new participated teachers and graduate freshmen,ensure the normal operation of scientific research laboratories and avoid the occurrence of the accident.The results of long-term practice show that the teaching model of micro-lecture is very effective in the training of laboratory safety and instrument operation,and thus the micro-lecture improves the learning efficiency as well as the passing rate of training.
