摘 要:油田轻烃分馏是石油化工的重要组成部分,对分馏产品深加工可实现对轻烃的综合利用。由于在轻烃分馏过程中,很多因素都会对分馏装置造成影响。由此,对油田轻烃分馏产品的深加工技术进行分析,从油田轻烃精馏基本原理入手,分析了油田轻烃分馏产品的深加工技术现状。最后,阐释了油田轻烃分馏产品的深加工技术控制措施,在提高油田轻烃综合利用的同时,提升了轻烃分馏产品的附加值。light hydrocarbon fractionation in oil field is an important part of petroleum chemical industry, and the comprehensive utilization of light hydrocarbons can be realized by deep processing of fractionating products.In the process of fractionation of light hydrocarbons, many factors will affect the fractionation unit.Therefore, this paper analyzes the deep processing technology of light hydrocarbon fractionating product in oil field, starting with the basic principle of light hydrocarbon distillation in oil field.Then, the present situation of deep processing technology of light hydrocarbon fractionating products in oil field is analyzed.Finally, the control measures for deep processing technology of light hydrocarbon fractionated products in oil field are explained, which improves the comprehensive utilization of light hydrocarbons and improves the added value of light hydrocarbon fractionated products.
