摘　　要：油田采油的主要方式包含电泵采油,电泵采油是目前石油行业中应用较为广泛的采油方式。在地质条件、井身结构、井下的工具,生产管理等方面对于电泵的正常生产和工作都产生了一定的制约和影响的时候,就需要有一套行之有效的工艺技术,对电泵井的生产和效率进行提升,并减少躺井,延长电泵井的检泵周期,让石油生产更加稳定。The main way of oil production in oil field includes electric pump oil recovery.Electric pump oil recovery is a more widely used oil production method in the oil industry.In the geological conditions, the structure of the well, downhole tools, it has restricted and affected the normal production and production management for the electric pump, need a set of effective technology of electric pump wells and production efficiency improvement, and reduce lay wells, pump prolong the period of electric pump wells, make oil production more stable.
