摘  要:目前,我国农村使用生物质作为家庭燃料和农田废弃物露天焚烧的现象很普遍。研究以广东江门新会区为例,通过实地调研调查该区土地流转统计资料,结合实验室测试生物质田间焚烧和家庭炉灶燃烧的排放特征,建立了土地流转政策下的生物质燃烧排放清单,探析了土地流转政策对区域生物质燃烧排放的影响。结果表明:(1)水稻秸秆CO2、CO、BC排放因子分别为1 265.69 g·kg^(-1)、74.61 g·kg^(-1)、0.40 g·kg^(-1),甘蔗秸秆为1 689.79 g·kg^(-1)、25.61 g·kg^(-1)、0.37 g·kg^(-1),速生桉柴为1 257.93 g·kg^(-1)、83.03 g·kg^(-1)、1.13 g·kg^(-1),荔枝柴为1 015.87 g·kg^(-1)、97.98 g·kg^(-1)、1.11 g·kg^(-1);(2)土地流转政策能减少生物质燃烧量,并相应减少CO2、CO、BC、PM2.5、PAHs等的排放。研究结果可为其他地区控制农村生物质燃烧排放及政府制定相关政策提供参考。At present, it is common in rural China to use the biomass as household fuel and to burn the farmland wastes in open air. Based on the case study of Xinhui District of Jiangmen Guangdong, this research carried out the field investigation of the land transfer statistical data, combining with laboratory test of emission characteristics of biomass burning on field and fuel combustion in cook stove, and established the biomass burning emission inventory, aiming to explore the influence of the Land Transfer Policy on biomass burning emissions. The results showed that: (1) Emission factors of CO2, CO, BC were 1 265.69 g ·kg-1 74.61 g ·kg-1, 0.40 g·kg-1 for rice straw, 1 689.79 g ·kg-1, 25.61 g ·kgl, 0.37 g ·kg-1 for sugarcane straw, 1 257.93 g · kg-1, 83.03 g ·kg 1, 1.13 g · kg 1 for the fast-growing eucalyptus wood, and 1 015.87 g · kg-1, 97.98 g · kg -1, 1.11 g· kg-1for litchi wood respectively; (2) The Land Transfer Policy can lower the level of biomass combustion activity, and reduce the emission of CO2, CO, BC, PM2.5, PAHs and so on. The results of this study can provide a reference for the control ofbiomass burning emissions and the formulation of relevant government policies in other areas.
