摘  要:区域旅游产业碳排放测度及驱动因素研究对旅游业节能减排具有重要的理论与现实意义。文章采用“自下而上”法估算了2001—2015年江苏省旅游业及主要部门的能源消费与CO_2排放量的序时性变化,并利用LMDI分解法对CO_2变化的驱动要素进行了分析。研究结果显示:(1)江苏省旅游业能源消费量自289.54×108 MJ提升至710.11×108 MJ,CO_2排放量自211.86×104 t增加为448.68×104 t。(2)旅游交通的能源消费和CO_2排放量最高,旅游住宿的能源消费和CO_2排放总体呈持续下降趋势,而旅游活动的能源消费和CO_2排放持续快速走高。(3)能源结构、能源强度、消费水平和游客规模所引起的CO_2排放变动总量为87.74×104 t。其中,消费水平和游客规模是主要促进因素,能源结构和能源强度则是抑制因素。Abstract: The measurement of amount change and driving factors of carbon emissions from regional tourism has theoretical and practical significance for the energy-savings and emission-reduction from tourism. This paper adopts the "bottom-up" approach to estimate the energy consumption and CO2 emissions from Jiangsu tourism industry during 2001 to 2015, While LMDI decomposition method is used to analyze the driving-forces of CO2 emissions from tourism. The results showed that: (1) The energy consumption of Jiangsu tourism increased from 289.54 X 108 MJ to 710.11 X 108 MJ in 2015, and the COz emissions reached 448.68 X 104 t in 2015 from 211.86 X 104 t in 2001. (2) The tourism sector with highest value in energy consumption and CO2 emissions was tourism transport. The energy consumption and CO2 emissions from tourism accommodation was decreasing during 2001 to 2015, but the energy consumption and CO2 emissions from tourism activities were just the opposite. (3) The total amount change of CO2 emissions driven by the decomposed factors was 87.74×104 t, which included energy structure, energy intensity, the average tourism expenditure and tourist arrivals. The tourist arrivals and the average tourism expenditure were the most important factors promoting CO2 emissions, while the energy structure and energy intensity were the factors to help reduce CO2 emissions.
