摘　　要：民法典作为社会化事物,受主流意识形态的影响,必有其鲜明的价值判断和价值追求。《民法总则》将社会主义核心价值观写入第一条,作为中国民法典编纂的立法宗旨和价值统领,从哲学视角看,深化了马克思主义哲学对当代中国民事立法的指导,凸显了马克思主义哲学与当代中国发展这一重大课题。从历史的视角看,总结了国家治理现代化的经验,是提升国家治理能力现代化水平的重大举措。从文化的视角看,为创设具有时代特点、中国特色、民族精神的新时代民法典提供了有力的支撑。社会主义核心价值观融入民法典,表达了民法典不仅是一个庞大的制度体系,更是一个庞大的思想价值体系。In the five years since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it has been five years since the core values of the socialist society were put forward,nurtured and practiced to make major progress.The party Central Committee with President Xi Jinping as the core member has established the basic strategy of using the rule of law to promote the building of the core socialist values.The first article of the General Provisions of Civil Law of the People＇s Republic of China regards the socialist core values as the legislative purpose and the great practice of integrating the socialist core values into the top-level design of the rule of law.The political judgments that formed the main part of the socialism with Chinese characteristics into an important part of the new era made by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China– adhering to the socialist core value system,nurturing and practicing the core socialist values-has raised a higher requirement for the compilation of China＇s civil code.The profound philosophical basis,historical foundation and cultural connotation of integrating the core socialist values into the civil code need to be further explored and studied by theorists.
