姜黄消痤擦剂治疗轻中度痤疮31例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨姜黄消痤擦剂联合红霉素肠溶胶囊与阿达帕林凝胶联合红霉素肠溶胶囊治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:根据随机单盲对照的试验原则将62例病人分为A组和B组,各31例,A组病人给予姜黄消痤擦剂联合红霉素肠溶胶囊,早晚各1次;B组病人给予阿达帕林凝胶联合红霉素肠溶胶囊,早晚各1次,8周后观察2组病人的皮损状况。结果:2组治疗总有效率分别为74.2%和77.4%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组未出现不良反应,B组面部瘙痒伴脱皮7例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:姜黄消痤擦剂联合红霉素肠溶胶囊疗效显著,且不良反应少,值得临床广泛应用。Objective： To compare the effects between turmeric acne-removing liniment combined with erythromycin enteric-coated capsule and adapalene gel combined with erythromycin enteric-coated capsule in the treatment of the mild and moderate acne vulgaris.Methods： Sixty-two patients with mild or moderate acne vulgaris were divided into the group A and group B according to the singleblind randomized controlled trial（ 31 cases each group）. The group A and group B were treated with turmeric acne-removing liniment combined with erythromycin enteric-coated capsule and adapalene gel combined with erythromycin enteric-coated capsules,twice daily,for 8 weeks. The skin lesion in two groups were observed after treatment. Results： The effective rates in group A and group B were74. 2% and 77. 4%,respectively,the difference of which was not statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions： The treatment effect of Turmeric Acne-removing Liniment combined with Erythromycin Enteric-coated Capsule is significant and less adverse reaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
