摘　　要：以有机伯胺、六元含氮杂环化合物等为主要原料制备了硫化氢脱除剂YD,并在油田现场进行了实际应用。结果表明,对H2S含量6 000~12 000 mg/L的油井,加入该剂60~70 L,作用4 h后,原油H2S含量降至10~20 mg/L,脱硫率≥99.8%,持续时间28 h。该剂凝固点低、沸点高,可在任何季节使用。该制剂与油田现有所用的制剂配伍性良好,不影响现有制剂的使用效果。该制剂对设备无腐蚀,杀菌彻底,且有一定的破乳效果。H2S remover YD was prepared with organic primary amine and six element nitrogen heterocyclic compound as main raw materials,and was applied in oil field. The results show that the H2S content of 6 000 ~ 12 000 mg/L of crude oil into the agent is 60 to 70 L,4 h,H2S crude oil content to 10 ~20 mg/L,the desulfurization rate of more than 99. 8 %,the duration can reach 28 h. The agent of low freezing point,high boiling point,can be used in any season. The preparation has good compatibility with the existing preparation in the oilfield,and does not affect the use effect of the existing preparation. The preparation of equipment corrosion,thorough sterilization,and have certain demulsification effect.
