摘  要:三羟甲基丙烷二辛酸酯改性硅油用聚醚AEM-7改性,改善酯改性硅油的亲水性,制备成具有特殊性质的有机酯/聚醚共改性硅油。对工艺条件及乳液配方进行探索。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:三羟甲基丙烷二辛酸酯改性硅油与AEM-7的投料摩尔比为1∶1.2,溶剂无水甲苯占体系总质量的35%,催化剂用量为40 mg/kg,反应温度90℃;反应时间7 h,产物收率达到87%。最佳乳化条件为NP-10与O-8为乳化剂,复配比例为2∶8,投入量为硅油的10%。Trimethylol propane dioctanoate ester/polyether co-modified silicone was prepared by polyether( AEM-7) and trimethylol propane dioctanoate ester modified silicone. By the hydrosilylation,polyether was introduced to silicone oil. The optimum reaction conditions were also obtained that the molar ratio of Si-H band to AME-7 is 1. 2 ∶ 1,reaction temperature is 90 ℃,amount of catalyst is 40 mg/kg,and the concentration of solvent is 35 %. After 7 h,the yield was 87 %. NP-10 and O-8,which proportion was 2 ∶ 8,seemed to be the best emulsifier,and the concentration was 10 %.
