摘 要:为了解丁鱥(Tinca tinca)呼吸行为与环境条件的关系,对不同体质量[(135.8±12.7)g、(194.3±9.7)g、(327.5±19.4)g和(549.7±21.9)g]、不同温度(15℃、20℃、25℃和30℃)、不同pH(6.0、7.0、8.0和9.0)条件下丁鱥的呼吸频率进行研究。以每分钟丁鱥鳃盖张开的次数计为呼吸频率(次/min)。结果显示:随着体质量的逐渐升高,呼吸频率逐渐降低,两者呈负相关;水温与呼吸频率呈正相关,幼鱼呼吸频率随着水温的升高而增加,高温(30℃)时丁鱥呼吸急促,呼吸频率达到(137.12±3.13)次/min,低温(15℃)时,幼鱼的呼吸频率下降到(66.52±6.74)次/min;随着水体pH的升高,丁鱥的呼吸频率先降低后升高,pH 7.0时呼吸频率最低,为(90.20±3.78)次/min。研究表明,体质量、温度和pH均可影响丁鱥的呼吸频率。The effects of different body weights[(135. 8±12. 7) g],[(194. 3±9. 7) g],[(327. 5±19. 4) g] and[(549. 7±21. 9) g],temperatures(15 ℃,20 ℃,25 ℃ and 30 ℃),and pH values(6. 0,7. 0,8. 0 and 9. 0) on the respiratory rate of tench ( Tinca tinca) were studied in order to have a knowledge of the relationship between respiratory behaviors and environmental conditions. Respiratory rate was calculated according to the number of breaths of the gill cover per min. The results showed a negative correlation between the respiratory rate and body weight,where the respiratory rate decreased with the increasing of body weight;and a positive correlation between the respiratory rate and temperature,where the higher the temperature is,the faster the breathing of juvenile fish is. At 30 ℃,the respiratory rate of the juvenile fish was(137. 12±3. 13) times / min;at 15 ℃,the respiratory rate of the juvenile fish was(66. 52±6. 74) times / min. The respiratory rate first increased then decreased with the increasing of pH,the respiratory rate reached the lowest at pH 7. 0,which was(90. 20±3. 78) times / min. The result showed that the respiratory rate was affected by temperature,pH and body weight.
