摘　　要：针对传统火药试样制备存在的安全性低、耗时长、样品易污染等缺点,研制了一种火药试样快速制备装置,包括装置主体和远程控制台两部分。远程控制台通过屏蔽电缆控制装置主体,实现了危险操作的人机隔离。采用可编程控制器(PLC)为控制核心,实现装置步进电机驱动、逻辑控制、数据通信等功能;使用组态软件King VIEW开发人机交互界面,通过触摸屏的显示和操作功能与云台摄像头有机结合,构成独立的监控系统。经试验验证,通过设定不同的主轴转速和横向移动速度,可实现制备装置切削药屑的粒度可控且均匀,有效缩短了试样制备的耗时,显著提高了效率。试样制备过程人为操作少,试样暴露时间短,样品不易污染。与传统火药试样制备手段相比,该装置是一种安全、高效的新型火药试样快速制备装置。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional preparation of gunpowder samples,e.g.,low safety,time.consuming,and easyto contaminate samples,etc.,a rapid gunpowder samples preparation device has been developed.The device consists of the mainbody and remote console.To realize man.machine isolated operation,the remote console controls the main body through shieldedcable. The programmable logic controller （PLC） is used as the core of control,for driving step.motor,implementing logicalcontrol,and data communication;the configuration software KingVIEW is applied to build up the human.computer interface,whichis combined with the pan.and.tilt camera to form an independent monitoring system by means of the display and operatingfunctions of the touch screen.The tests prove that by setting different spindle rotation speeds and lateral movement speeds,it ispossible to achieve controllable and uniform particle size of the cutting device,effectively shortening the sample preparation time,and significantly improving the efficiency.The sample preparation process has less manual operations,the sample exposure time isshort,and the sample is not easy to be contaminated.Compared with the traditional preparation method of the gunpowder sample,itis a safe and efficient new device for rapid preparation of gunpowder samples.
