摘　　要：乙烯利作为一种植物生长调节剂,在果蔬的生长发育、成熟衰老及采收、贮藏到销售等各阶段都发挥着重要作用。目前乙烯利在果蔬生产中的应用多为催熟、提高产量以及改善果蔬品质等。这里介绍了乙烯利在果蔬方面的效应,简述了乙烯利在果蔬生产中安全使用的研究进展,分析了其安全性,介绍了注意事项,以期增强公众对乙烯利的科学认识,促进乙烯利在果蔬生产中的正确使用。As a kind of plant growth regulator（PGR）, ethephon plays an important role in growing, ripening, senescence,harvesting, storage and distribution of fruits and vegetables. At present ethephon is used principally in ripening, increasing production and improving the quality of fruits and vegetables. The effects and secure application of ethphon on fruits and vegetables were briefly introduced; and then some special requirements and precautions during its use were summarized, aiming at strengthen scientific understanding and guide secure application.
