摘　　要：通过对一株苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)自然突变体cry1C基因的克隆和测序,分析突变位点对该基因所表达蛋白质结构的影响及活性丧失的原因。The cry1 C gene of a mutant Bacillus thuringiensis natural mutant were cloned and sequenced, and the effects of mutant sites on the protein structure expressed were analyzed by this gene and the causes of loss of activity.
