摘 要:流体温度振荡是快堆中的常见现象。快堆中心测量柱下封头处于流体温度振荡严重的位置,流体温度振荡会降低反应堆结构材料的寿命,威胁反应堆的安全。为了研究流体温度振荡对中心测量柱下封头寿命的影响,将中心测量柱下封头简化为平板模型,提出了一套热疲劳评定方法。利用Miner法则对结构材料的疲劳损伤因子进行计算,并针对中心测量柱下封头进行分析。本文计算结果符合Miner法则的要求,可为工程应用中的材料选取和厚度选择提供参考。The phenomenon of fluid temperature fluctuation is common in fast reactor.The center measurement column of fast reactor is located at a position that will undergo severe fluid temperature fluctuation,which will reduce the life of reactor materials and threaten the safety of reactor.In order to study the effect of fluid temperature fluctuation on the life of center measurement column lower head,the center measurement column model was simplified as a flat model and a set of thermal fatigue assessment method was proposed.The fatigue damage factor of the lower head was calculated by Miner's rule.The results of fatigue damage factor at lower head meet requirements of the Miner's rule and can provide a reference for material selection and thickness selection in engineering applications.
