摘　　要：目的 :探讨心电图平板运动试验(treadmill exercise testing,TET)Duke评分(Duke treadmill score,DTS)在冠心病诊断及预后判断中的应用价值。方法 :选取136例疑似冠心病患者为研究对象,所有患者均行TET及冠脉造影检查,分析结果。结果 :冠脉造影检出阳性79例,阴性57例,TET单独诊断在男性组中的敏感度、特异度、准确度及阳性预测值显著高于女性组;DTS单独诊断在男性组中的特异度显著高于女性组;TET联合DTS诊断敏感度、特异度及准确度显著高于TET、DTS单独诊断;高危组Duke评分显著高于低、中危组,组间两两比较差异显著。结论 :TET Duke评分可有效地对冠心病的严重程度进行初步判断,这对临床治疗及预后判断具有重要意义。Objective： To explore the application value of Duke score of electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test （TET） in diagnose and prognostics judgment of coronary heart disease. Methods： One hundred and thirty-six suspected patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the subjects. All patients underwent TET and coronary angiography, and the results were analyzed. Results： There were 79 cases positive and 57 cases negative by coronary angiography. The sensitivity, specifcity, accuracy and positive predictive value of TET and the specifcity of DTS alone were signifcantly higher in the male group than the female group. The sensitivity, specifcity and accuracy of TET combined with DTS diagnosis were signifcantly higher than those of TET or DTS alone. The Duke score was signifcantly higher in the high-risk group than the low or middle risk group, and there were signifcant diferences in the comparison of each two groups. Conclusion： The severity of coronary heart disease can be efectively diagnosed by the Duke score of electrocardiogram treadmill testy, which is of great signifcance for clinical treatment and prognostic judgment.
