摘　　要：制药企业推广实施知识管理,将有助于提高企业的生产质量管理水平,让药品质量更稳定,收率更高,成本更低,也有助于提高企业员工凝聚力、创建积极的知识文化,将制药企业打造成一个学习型的组织。本文介绍了制药企业知识管理的内容和实施方法。Implementation of knowledge management in pharmaceutical enterprises will be of beneft to improving the management level of drug production and quality control and making the drug quality more stable, yield higher, costs lower and also be helpful to improve the cohesiveness of employees, create positive knowledge and culture, and turn pharmaceutical companies into a learning organization. The contents and methods for the implementation of knowledge management in pharmaceutical companies are briefy introduced in this article.
