摘  要:简要概括了低污染漂白技术的发展和相关分类;并对臭氧辅助ECF漂白的国内外研究现状展开综述。对比分析了以化学处理为主的ECF和TCF两种低污染漂白技术,总结得到臭氧辅助ECF漂白技术具有良好的发展前景;与国外已经完善的含臭氧段ECF漂白技术相比,臭氧漂白技术的国产化仍面临不同原料的纸浆漂序和工艺优化、新型保护剂的开发以及大型臭氧发生器和高浓搅拌器的研发等问题。希望能够有更多的学者对臭氧漂白进行更多的基础研究,打破国内含臭氧段ECF漂白技术的技术壁垒,早日实现臭氧漂白技术的国产化。This paper discussed the water pollution caused by pulp and paper industry in China. The development and classification of low pollution bleaching process was summarized. The low-pollution bleaching can be divided into two categories according to the types of bleaching agents,the elemental chlorine free( ECF) bleaching with ClO2 as the main bleaching agent and the totally chlorine free( TCF) bleaching of mainly using oxygen-based bleaching agent. Among these processes the ozone/ECF bleaching is a promising technology. The research status of ozone/ECF bleaching in domestic and overseas was reviewed. Although ozone ECF bleaching in abroad is a mature technology,it still exists many problems in domestic. Such as optimization of bleaching sequence of different pulps,developments of new protective agents,large ozone generator and high concentration agitator.
