摘　　要：目的:探讨日间手术部实施双轨制模式的临床应用价值。方法:对照分析实施双轨制前后日间手术部手术总量、日间模式手术总量、参与手术医师数量的变化。结果:双轨制模式实施后日间手术部手术总量、日间模式手术总量、参与手术医师数量明显增加。结论:双轨制模式对日间手术的推广具有积极的意义。Objective： To explore clinical application value of double track model in day surgery department. Methods： The changes of the number of day surgery patients,operation volume and surgeons were compared and analyzed. Results： It is shown that total number of day surgery patients,operation volume and surgeons are significantly increased after imposing double track model. Conclusion： The double track model is an effective way to develop and promot day surgery.
