摘 要:选取市面上几种高等级的发动机润滑油SN 5W-40(壳牌、嘉实多和MGSS),对其摩擦学性能及其润滑机制进行分析。利用四球试验机和高频往复摩擦磨损试验机考察其摩擦学性能,使用X射线荧光仪(XRF)对润滑油所含的元素进行分析,通过离心工艺得到润滑油所含的固体物质并进行透射电镜(TEM)表征。结果发现,3种润滑油均含有纳米颗粒,且它们的纳米颗粒形态与结构各异,纳米颗粒较容易进入摩擦界面,提高了润滑油的润滑性能。The paper investigates their tribological performance and lubrication mechanism of high-grade commercial engine oils( Shell,Castrol and MGSS) SN 5W-40.Four-ball and reciprocal tribometers were used to investigate tribological performance of engine oils respectively.The contained elements in the lubricating oils were analyzed by X-Ray fluorescence( XRF).Solid particles obtained from the oils by centrifugal process were characterized by transmission electron microscope( TEM).Experimental results indicated that three kinds of commercial lubricating oils contained nanoparticles with different structure.Nanoparticles might be easy to penetrate into friction contacting area and the lubricities of lubricating oils were improved.
