摘 要:为研究超临界二氧化碳喷染器平滑式迷宫密封结构对其密封性能的影响,使用FLUENT模拟迷宫密封内部流场,分析迷宫密封中二氧化碳运动和能量转换;探讨节流间隙尺寸、密封齿形状和齿顶圆角大小对迷宫密封密封性能的影响。结果表明:迷宫密封密封性能与节流间隙尺寸呈线性关系,密封性能随节流间隙减小而提升;平行四边形、正梯形和后侧梯形节流齿迷宫密封的密封性能较好,其中为正梯形节流齿迷宫密封的密封性能更加优异;随着齿顶圆角减小,二氧化碳在迷宫密封的流动阻力越大,迷宫密封的密封性能越好。In order to study the influence of the smooth labyrinth seal structure on sealing performance,which is used in supercritical carbon dioxide spray dyeing device,the flow field of carbon dioxide internal the labyrinth seal was simulated with FLUENT,the motion and energy conversion of carbon dioxide in the the labyrinth seal were analyzed.The influence of throttle gap size,sealing tooth shape and tooth top round size on the sealing performance of labyrinth seal was discussed.The results show that the sealing performance of labyrinth seal has linear relationship with the throttle gap size,and the sealing performance becomes better with decreasing the size of throttle gap.The labyrinth seals with three shapes,such as parallelogram,isosceles trapezoid and back trapezoid,have better sealing performance,among of them,the trapezoidal throttle teeth has the best comprehensive performance.With the decreasing of the size of tooth top round,the resistance of carbon dioxide flow through the labyrinth seal is increased,the sealing of the labyrinth seal is improved.
