摘 要:以2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(1173)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸(IPDI)为原料合成了一种可以在紫外光(UV)照射下,产生自由基并且自交联固化的含丙烯酸酯的聚氨酯低聚物(PUIA)。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)进行了结构表征,并对催化剂选择及用量、丙烯酸羟基酯以及加料顺序等对反应产物性能的影响进行了考查。结果表明,将1173于60~65℃下反应3h,再加入HEA在70~75℃间反应4 h,选用有机锌和有机铋为催化剂并按2∶1进行复配,用量为0.5%(质量分数),制备出的PUIA在UV强度为100 mJ/cm^2能量下固化度(RAU)可达85%。Using 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone, hydroxyl ethyl acrylate and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as the raw materials an acrylate-containing polyurethane oligomer(PUIA) was synthesized, which was able to generate the free radicals and self-cross and cure under UV irradiation. Its structure was characterized by the IR spectrum. The effects of the type and amount of reaction catalysts, different hydroxyl-containing crylic esters and charging sequence on the performance of reaction products were investigated. The results showed that when using 0.5% of the mixture of organic zinc and organic bismuth by ratio of 2∶1 as the compound catalyst, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone, antioxidant, IPDI and HEQA reacted first at 60~65℃ for 3 hours, and then added hydroxyl ethyl acrylate and reacted at 270~75℃ for 4 hours, the curing degree of the prepared PUIA oligomer reached 85% under UV irradiation of 100 mJ/cm .
