宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床价值。方法选择2016年1月至2017年5月期间我院收治的70例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,按手术方式的不同分为两组各35例。常规组行传统诊刮术,研究组行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术,比较两组的手术相关指标、治疗效果以及术后并发症。结果研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间均显著少于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组的术后并发症发生率为0.00%,显著低于常规组的14.29%(P<0.05)。研究组的术后月经量、排卵期子宫内膜厚度均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉可改善患者的手术相关指标,降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者预后,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of hysteroscopic transcervical resection of polyps （TCRP） in the treatment of endometrial polyps （EP）. Methods 70 cases of EP patients admitted to our hospital fi＇om January 2016 to May 2017 were selected as research objects, and divided into two groups according to the different surgical methods, with 35 cases in each group. The regular group was treated with traditional diagnostic curettage, while the study group was treated with hysteroscopic TCRP. The surgical related indicators, curative effect and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospitalization time of the study group were significantly less than those of the regular group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was 0.00%, significantly lower than 14.29% of the regular group （P〈0.05）. The postoperative menstrual volume and endometrium thickness during ovulation of the study group were significantly lower than those of the regular group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Hysteroscopic TCRP for the treatment of endometrial polyps can improve the surgical related indicators, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve patients＇ prognosis, which has high clinical application value.
