摘　　要：目的比较不同疗程益赛普治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者疗效的差异。方法回顾性分析2013年2月至2017年5月在我院采用益赛普及塞来昔布治疗的76例AS患者的临床资料。通过足量益赛普治疗12周后,实验组停用益赛普而对照组继续使用益赛普到第24周,通过AS疾病活动性评分(ASDAS)、Bath AS功能指数(BASFI)、骶髂关节核磁共振(MR)评分比较实验组与对照组治疗AS有效性的差异。结果在研究终点,实验组的ASDAS与BASFI分别为2.17±1.09及2.53±1.57,显著高于对照组的0.95±0.72及0.98±0.80(P<0.05)。实验组的骶髂关节MR评分为(8.32±6.18)分,显著高于对照组的(4.69±3.41)分(P<0.05)。结论益赛普疗程过短不利于AS病情控制,临床上不应过早停药。Objective To compare the efficacy of different Yisaipu treatment courses for the patients with ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods The clinical data of seventy-six cases of AS patients who were treated with Yisaipu and celecoxib in our hospital from February 2013 to May 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. With full dose Yisaipu injected in the initial 12 weeks, patients in the experimental group discontinued Yisaipu therapy, while the control group maintained Yisaipu subcutaneous injection till 24% week. By using AS disease activity score （ASDAS）, Bath AS fimctional index （BASFI） and magnetic resonance （MR） score of sacroiliac joint, the differences of efficacy between two groups were compared. Results The ASDAS and BASFI of experimental group were 2.17 ± 1.09 and 2.53 ± 1.57, while those of the control group were 0.95 ± 0.72 and 0.98 ± 0.80 in the end （P〈0.05）. Otherwise, the MR score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group [（8.32 ± 6.18） points vs. （4.69 ± 3.41） points, P〈0.05]. Conclusions Short-term Yisaipu therapy tends to be detrimental for preventing disease recurrence, so treatment should not be discontinued prematurely.
