夫西地酸软膏与莫匹罗星软膏治疗细菌感染性皮肤病的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比分析夫西地酸软膏与莫匹罗星软膏治疗细菌感染性皮肤病的疗效。方法选取100例细菌感染性皮肤病患者,随机均分为两组。A组采用2%夫西地酸软膏进行治疗,B组采用2%莫匹罗星软膏进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应、EASI评分与瘙痒程度评分。结果治疗后,A组的EASI评分与瘙痒程度评分均显著低于B组(P<0.05)。A组患者的治疗痊愈率为58.0%,显著高于B组的36.0%(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与莫匹罗星软膏相比,夫西地酸软膏治疗细菌感染性皮肤病患者具有更高的痊愈率,可以更好地缓解临床症状,且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To compare and analyze the efficacy of fusidic acid ointment and mupirocin ointment in the treatment of bacterial dermatosis. Methods 100 cases of patients with bacterial dermatosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. Group A was treated with 2% fusidic acid ointment, while group B was treated with 2% mupirocin ointment. The curative effect, adverse reactions, EASI score and pruritus degree score were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the EASI score and pruritus degree score of group A were significantly lower than those of group B （P 〈0.05）. The cure rate of treatment of group A was 58.0%, significantly higher than 36.0% of group B （P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Compared with mupirocin ointment, fusidic acid ointment has higher cure rate in the treatment of patients with bacterial dermatosis, which can better alleviate the clinical symptoms, with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
