坤泰胶囊联合雌激素补充疗法对绝经综合征患者血清性激素水平及绝经指数的影响

摘　　要：目的观察坤泰胶囊联合雌激素补充疗法对绝经综合征(MPS)患者血清性激素水平及绝经指数(KMI)的影响。方法选择我院2015年10月至2017年10月收治的绝经综合征患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用雌激素补充疗法,联合组采用坤泰胶囊联合雌激素补充疗法,比较分析两组患者的血清性激素水平与绝经指数(KMI)。结果治疗后,联合组的KMI评分显著低于对照组,E2水平显著高于对照组,FSH水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于绝经综合征患者采用坤泰胶囊联合雌激素补充疗法治疗,可显著改善患者的血清性激素水平,降低绝经指数,改善临床症状。Objective To observe the effects of Kuntai capsule combined with estrogen replacement therapy on serum sex hormone levels and Kupperman index （KMI） in patients with menopausal syndrome （MPS）. Methods 80 cases of patients with MPS admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received estrogen replacement therapy, while the combined group received Kuntai capsule combined with estrogen replacement therapy. The serum sex hormone levels and Kupperman index were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the KMI score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the Ea level was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the FSH level was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Kuntai capsule combined with estrogen replacement therapy for patients with menopausal syndrome can significantly improve the serum hormone levels, reduce the Kupperman index, and improve the clinical symptoms.
