主动脉内球囊反搏联合介入治疗急性心肌梗死合并心衰患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)联合介入治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)合并心衰患者的效果。方法以我院2015年11月至2017年10月收治的102例AMI合并心衰患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各51例。对照组采用介入治疗,观察组采用IABP联合介入治疗。观察两组的临床疗效,以及治疗前后的N末端脑钠肽原(NT-pro BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.12%,显著高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的NT-pro BNP显著低于对照组,LVEF、SV显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IABP联合介入治疗应用于AMI合并心衰患者效果确切,可增强患者的心功能,改善血流动力学,提升预后效果。Objective To observe the application effect of intra-aortic balloon pump （IABP） combined with interventional therapy for patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI） complicated with heart failure. Methods 102 cases of AMI patients complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was given interventional therapy, while the observation group was treated with IABP combined with interventional therapy. The clinical efficacy, and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and stroke volume （SV） before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%, significantly higher than 76.47% of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the NT-proBNP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the LVEF and SV were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions IABP combined with interventional therapy in the treatment of patients with AMI complicated with heart failure is effective, which can strengthen patients＇ cardiac function, and improve patients＇ hemodynamics and prognostic effect.
